The WATTS BRASS TUBULAR 2T-M2 is a single-lever washing machine shut off valve designed to control both the hot and cold water supply lines to a residential washing machine with one motion. The lever operates both supplies simultaneously, allowing a plumber or service tech to quickly isolate the machine without hunting for separate valves. Inlet adapter fittings accept either 1/2 inch threaded connections or 1/2 inch solder copper connections, giving the installer flexibility depending on the existing rough-in. Outlets are threaded to 3/4 inch washing machine hose standard on both the hot and cold sides.

This valve is suited for residential laundry installations where a single accessible shutoff point is preferred over individual supply stops. It is a practical fit for new construction rough-in, appliance replacement, or retrofitting an existing laundry supply that lacks a combined shutoff. The dual-inlet adapter design accommodates both sweat and threaded supply configurations without requiring separate fittings in most installations.

Installation Notes
