The WATTS 0651155 is a push-to-connect brass tee fitting designed for tube-to-tube connections in plumbing and fluid distribution systems. It accepts tubing with outside diameters of 1 inch on one port and 3/4 inch on each of the two remaining ports, allowing a reducing branch connection without soldering, crimping, or flaring. The brass body provides corrosion resistance in potable water and hydronic applications. EPDM O-rings provide the internal sealing interface. Licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians install this fitting where a fast, tool-free connection is required during new construction or retrofit work.
This fitting is suited for residential and light commercial plumbing, hydronic heating, and fluid transfer systems where copper, CPVC, or PEX tubing is run in trunk-and-branch configurations. The reducing tee geometry is commonly installed at branch takeoffs where a 1-inch main line feeds 3/4-inch branch lines. It is packaged and sold as a single unit.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect replacement or new-installation fitting for tube-to-tube applications where 1 inch and 3/4 inch OD tubing intersects in plumbing or hydronic systems.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified tradesperson in accordance with local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off and depressurize the water supply before cutting into any existing line. Confirm tubing outside diameter measurements before insertion, and ensure tube ends are cut cleanly and deburred for a proper O-ring seal. Do not exceed the pressure or temperature ratings of the fitting for the intended service application.
