The WATTS 0009449 Series LF25AUB-Z3 water pressure reducing valve is designed to reduce incoming water pressure, protecting plumbing systems and reducing water consumption. Suitable for supply pressures up to 300 psi, it can be adjusted from 25-75 psi. Features lead-free construction and a bypass to manage thermal expansion pressure. All parts are easily serviceable without removing the valve from the line.
