The WALTER-TITEX 5058353 is a jobber-length drill bit designed for precision drilling in metalworking applications. Built from high speed steel with an oxide coating, this bit carries a wire gauge size of 67, corresponding to a decimal diameter of 0.0320 inches. The 118-degree standard point angle and web-thinned, tapered web configuration support clean entry and reduced thrust in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. At 1-3/16 inches overall length with a 13/32-inch flute length, this bit is sized for tight-access and short-reach drilling tasks. Licensed tradespeople and machining professionals install this type of bit in drill presses, CNC equipment, and hand-held power tools for production and maintenance work.
This drill bit is suited for drilling cast iron and steel workplaces in both blind hole and stack drilling applications. The Series A1211 designation places it within a standardized HSS general-purpose line conforming to ANSI, ISO, BS, and DIN specifications. The straight-cylindrical shank and regular spiral flute geometry make it compatible with standard drill chucks across a wide range of production and MRO environments. It is sold individually with a minimum order quantity of 10 units.
Designed as an OEM-style general-purpose HSS jobber drill bit for use in standard drill chucks compatible with 0.0320-inch straight-cylindrical shanks across drill presses, CNC drilling machines, and hand-held power tools. Primary workpiece materials are cast iron and steel.
Installation and use of this drill bit should be performed by qualified machinists or tradespeople familiar with applicable cutting tool safety practices. Secure the straight-cylindrical shank fully in the chuck and verify runout before drilling. Power down and de-energize all equipment before changing tooling. Follow machine manufacturer guidelines for feed rate and spindle speed appropriate to the workpiece material and bit diameter.
