The WALTER SURFACE TECHNOLOGIES 07R454 is a flexible aluminum oxide deburring disc designed for surface conditioning, deburring, and blending on metal workpieces. Part of the QS Blendex series, it measures 4-1/2 inches in diameter with a 7/16-inch center hole and attaches via a hook and loop backing for fast disc changes. Rated to 11,000 RPM, this fine-grade disc removes burrs and blends weld seams without aggressive stock removal. It is suited for use with compatible angle grinders and random orbital tools found in fabrication, HVAC sheet metal work, and mechanical trade shops.

The 07R454 is intended for light deburring and surface blending on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Its flexible construction allows it to conform to contoured surfaces, making it useful for cleaning up drilled holes, weld beads, and cut edges. The fine grade makes it appropriate for finishing passes where surface appearance matters, such as preparing flanges, fittings, and panel cutouts common in mechanical and plumbing rough-in work.
