The WALTER-PROTOTYP 7255003 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in steel and hard materials. It features a 10 mm cutting diameter, a 22 mm length of cut, and a 1 mm corner radius that reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge and extends tool life. The TiAlSiN PVD coating provides thermal resistance and wear protection during aggressive material removal. With four helical flutes and a high helix style, this end mill is suited for both roughing and finishing passes. It is installed in CNC machining centers and milling machines using a standard straight-cylindrical toolholder.

This end mill is intended for use in steel and hard material applications in precision machining environments. The MC388 series is engineered for demanding cutting conditions where surface finish and dimensional accuracy both matter. The centercutting geometry allows for plunge entry as well as conventional peripheral milling. Installation Notes

Confirm runout with a dial indicator before beginning a cutting cycle.
