The WALTER-PROTOTYP 6579293 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining environments. Built to the MC326 series specification, it features a 1/2 inch cutting diameter, a 0.12 inch corner radius, and a TiAlN (PVD) coating that extends tool life at elevated cutting temperatures. The 4-flute, right-hand spiral geometry supports both roughing and finishing operations in a single tool. With a long-length configuration and extended reach, this end mill suits deep-pocket and complex-profile work where standard-length tooling falls short. It is a single-end, centercutting design, allowing direct plunge entry where required.
