The VLIER H64 is a standard threaded spring plunger designed for indexing, positioning, and light-duty holding applications in industrial assemblies. The steel-body plunger threads into a tapped hole using a 3/4-10 UNC thread and delivers a controlled spring force through a steel nose. Initial end force is 6.7 pounds, middle end force is 22 pounds, and final end force is 33.3 pounds, giving installers a predictable force progression as the plunger is engaged. The 3/8-inch hex drive allows installation and removal with standard hand tools. No locking element is included in this configuration.

The H64 is suited for use in machine fixtures, tooling plates, jigs, assembly workholding, and any application where repeatable detent or positioning force is needed.
