Vikan 71604 Floor Squeegee 23.62 in Rubber Blade Threaded

Product Description

The VIKAN 71604 is a single-sided floor squeegee built for commercial and industrial floor maintenance. It features a 23.62-inch rubber blade mounted in a straight plastic holder, designed to move water, cleaning solution, or debris efficiently across hard floor surfaces. The threaded handle connection accepts standard threaded handles, making it compatible with extension poles commonly used in facilities and service environments. The soft, flexible rubber blade conforms to minor floor irregularities to improve liquid recovery. At 0.9 pounds, the head is lightweight enough for extended use in daily cleaning operations. This squeegee is FDA compliant, making it suitable for use in food processing, commercial kitchen, and regulated facility environments.

The VIKAN 71604 is intended for floor-level water and liquid management in commercial kitchens, food processing facilities, warehouses, locker rooms, pool decks, and industrial wash-down areas. The straight frame and wide 23.62-inch blade are well suited to open floor plans where coverage speed matters. The red color supports color-coded cleaning protocols used in food service and healthcare facilities to prevent cross-contamination between zones.

Designed for use with standard threaded handles. Blade and holder are sold as a single unit. Verify thread type matches your existing handle before installation.

Installation Notes

Attachment to a threaded handle requires hand-tightening only - do not use tools to force the connection as this may crack the plastic holder. Inspect the rubber blade periodically for nicks, tears, or hardening that would reduce sealing contact with the floor. Replace the squeegee head when blade flexibility or edge integrity is compromised to maintain effective liquid removal.
