Vikan 69597 Stiff Polypropylene Straight Scraper Set

Product Description

The VIKAN 69597 is a stiff polypropylene straight scraper designed for surface cleaning, debris removal, and material spreading in demanding trade and industrial environments. The blade measures 5.25 inches wide and 7.3 inches long, providing broad, flat coverage for scraping tasks on hard surfaces. A 2.5-inch ergonomic polypropylene handle delivers a firm, controlled grip during use. The scraper weighs just 0.09 pounds, making it easy to maneuver during extended work sessions. Both the blade and handle are constructed from polypropylene, offering chemical resistance and durability across a range of cleaning applications.

This scraper set is suited for use in commercial kitchens, food processing facilities, janitorial and sanitation programs, pool and aquatic facility maintenance, and light industrial environments. It is commonly used by facility maintenance professionals, pool service technicians, and sanitation crews who require a reliable, chemical-resistant scraping tool. The stiff blade flex rating makes it appropriate for tasks that demand firm, consistent blade pressure against flat or slightly irregular surfaces.

Installation Notes

No installation is required for this handheld scraper. Inspect the blade edge before each use and replace if chipped, cracked, or deformed, as a damaged blade edge reduces scraping effectiveness. When used in food service or regulated environments, follow applicable sanitation protocols for tool cleaning and storage between uses. Do not apply lateral force that could crack the polypropylene blade or handle.
