Vikan 53713 Clean in Place Brush Polyester Soft Blue

Product Description

The VIKAN 53713 is a Clean In Place (CIP) brush designed for sanitary cleaning of pipes, tubes, and enclosed process equipment without full disassembly. The brush features soft polyester bristles in blue, with a 4-13/32 inch bristle length and a 20 inch head length. Polyester bristles resist common cleaning chemicals and maintain shape under repeated use in wet environments. This brush is suited for food processing, beverage production, dairy, and pharmaceutical facilities where hygiene validation and color-coded cleaning protocols are standard practice. Licensed facility sanitation technicians and maintenance professionals are the primary installers and users.

The VIKAN 53713 is used in CIP applications where rigid brushes need to reach the interior surfaces of tubing, piping, and process vessels. The 20 inch head length provides reach into deep or narrow channels. Blue color coding supports contamination-control programs that assign specific brush colors to defined zones or product contact surfaces. This brush is appropriate for both daily cleaning routines and scheduled sanitation procedures in regulated production environments.

Installation Notes

This brush is used by sanitation technicians as part of scheduled CIP procedures. Before use, confirm that the brush dimensions are compatible with the pipe or tube diameter being cleaned. Follow facility HACCP, SQF, or applicable sanitation standard operating procedures when deploying color-coded cleaning tools. Inspect bristles for wear or contamination before each use and replace when bristle integrity is compromised.
