Installation Notes
Installation must be performed with a Viega-compatible pressing tool; do not attempt to solder or mechanically compress this fitting outside of the ProPress method. Shut off and depressurize the water or heating system completely before cutting into any existing piping. After pressing, conduct a pressure test and visually inspect each fitting for the Smart Connect indicator before restoring system pressure.
