The Series 1 (G-Series) heavy-duty tip, tip size 000, yields an approximate 0.04 inch cutting width and is suitable for material thickness up to 1/8 inch. Specified flow and pressure settings support both cutting and preheat operations; typical cutting speed is 28�32 in./min.
