The VICTOR 0781-5195 is a heavy-duty, two-stage station regulator engineered for hydrogen and LP gas distribution and pipeline systems. Built around a 4-port forged brass body with a zinc-aluminum housing cap, it delivers a rated outlet pressure range of 4 to 80 psig against a maximum inlet pressure of 200 psig. The 0.488 Cv flow coefficient provides uniform, accurate flow across a wide range of inlet cylinder pressures. Internals are secured with stainless steel bolts, and the housing cap carries nearly twice the yield strength of standard brass. Licensed HVAC and industrial gas technicians working on station supply systems are the primary installers.
This regulator is designed for use in gas distribution and pipeline station applications handling hydrogen or LP gas. The 025 CGA inlet connection pairs with a 9/16-18 LH(M) outlet connection, making it compatible with standard station supply configurations. The unit ships with 2-1/2-inch gauges featuring updated graphics and a 100 psig outlet gauge range, plus color-coded knobs for quick gas identification at the station panel. Its compact industrial footprint suits both new station builds and replacement installations where space is limited.
Designed as a heavy-duty OEM-style station regulator for hydrogen and LP gas distribution and pipeline systems using a 025 CGA inlet connection and a 9/16-18 LH(M) outlet connection.
Installation should be performed by a qualified gas technician or licensed pipefitter in accordance with applicable local codes and CGA guidelines. Shut off all upstream gas supply and verify zero line pressure before disconnecting or connecting any regulator. Inspect all fittings for leaks with an approved leak-detection solution after installation and before returning the system to service. Never use tools or force on the color-coded adjustment knob beyond normal hand pressure.
