The VICTOR 0781-3505 is a medium-duty, two-stage oxygen regulator from the VTS 250 Series designed to maintain a constant delivery pressure as inlet pressure decreases over the working life of a cylinder. The die-forged brass body and spring housing cap deliver the structural integrity required for high-pressure oxygen service. Delivery pressure ranges from 4 to 80 psig with a maximum inlet pressure of 3000 psig. The 0.082 Cv flow coefficient supports medium to high capacity general-purpose cutting, welding, and gas distribution applications. Licensed gas equipment technicians and welding professionals are the primary installers of this regulator.
The 0781-3505 is suited for applications where consistent, accurate outlet pressure is critical and where fluctuating delivery pressure would affect work quality or test results. The CGA 540 inlet connection pairs with standard high-pressure oxygen cylinders. The 9/16 inch-18 RH(M) outlet connection is standard for medium-duty oxygen service hoses and torches. This regulator is appropriate for general-purpose industrial, fabrication, and laboratory oxygen systems requiring stable two-stage regulation.

Installation should be performed by a qualified welding equipment technician or licensed gas professional. Always close the cylinder valve and bleed all pressure from the regulator before connecting or disconnecting. Do not use thread sealants, lubricants, or oil on any oxygen regulator fitting, as contact with hydrocarbons in an oxygen-enriched environment creates a fire and explosion hazard. Verify all connections are wrench-tight and leak-tested with an approved oxygen-compatible leak detection solution before placing the regulator into service.
