The VESTIL MANUFACTURING TM-20-DC is a 12-volt DC electric pallet and container tilter rated for 2000 pounds of capacity. It tilts loads up to 90 degrees, giving technicians and warehouse workers direct ergonomic access to the contents of palletized containers without manual repositioning. The unit runs on a 12V DC power system and rides on two rigid and two swivel casters, allowing it to move freely across shop floors and between workstations. An ergonomic push handle folds flat when not in use, keeping the access path clear during tilting operations. Licensed material handlers, maintenance crews, and production floor teams are the primary installers and operators.
The TM-20-DC is designed for industrial and manufacturing environments where moving completed product between workstations without a forklift is a priority. It eliminates wait time for fork truck availability by allowing operators to transport loaded pallets independently. The 90-degree tilt angle is especially useful in assembly, packaging, and quality-inspection workflows where workers need to reach deep into containers or access the bottom layer of a pallet load. The fork dimensions of 41-1/16 inches wide by 38-1/8 inches long accommodate standard pallet footprints.
Designed for use with standard pallets and industrial containers fitting within the 41-1/16-inch by 38-1/8-inch fork envelope. Intended for warehouse, manufacturing, and production floor applications where floor-level pallet transport and tilting are required.
Deployment and initial setup should be performed by qualified material handling or maintenance personnel familiar with powered industrial equipment. Verify battery charge and 12V DC power connections before first use. Keep the unit clear of personnel during tilt cycles and ensure the load is stable and within the rated 2000 lb capacity before initiating movement or tilting. Consult applicable OSHA material handling guidelines and the manufacturer documentation for operational safety requirements.
