The VESTIL MANUFACTURING SE/HP-63 is a dual-mode lift stacker that operates as either a battery-powered electric lift or a manual hand pump lift, giving operators flexibility in environments where power access varies. Built around a durable steel frame, the SE/HP-63 uses a 1.5 kW DC electric motor paired with a proven hydraulic pump system to reach lift heights up to 63 inches. Two 12-volt, 40 Ah batteries power the electric lift function, and a 10-amp integral battery charger is included. A battery level gauge and adjustable lowering speed add operational control for maintenance and commercial jobsites.
This stacker is designed for maintenance facilities, warehouses, and commercial operations that need an economical alternative to a full-size lift truck. Typical applications include transporting dies, molds, and skids. The fixed forks over fixed straddle legs configuration is intended specifically for use with single-faced pallets, skids, and bulk containers. The unit rolls on two rigid nylon load rollers and two swivel nylon steer wheels with brakes. Foot guards on the steer wheels provide additional operator protection during maneuvering.
Fixed forks over fixed straddle legs configuration is designed for use with single-faced pallets, skids, and bulk containers only. Not intended for double-faced or block-style pallets.
This unit is typically placed into service by a qualified material handling technician or industrial maintenance professional. Before performing any service or battery maintenance, power down the unit and disconnect the battery connections following standard electrical safety practices. Operate only on firm, level surfaces rated to support the combined weight of the stacker and its load. Consult applicable OSHA material handling guidelines and the manufacturer documentation before initial use.
