The VESTIL MANUFACTURING DWB-810 is a heavy-duty overhead door safety barrier designed to alert forklift operators and pedestrians to the presence of an overhead door opening. Constructed with tubular steel uprights and finished in high-visibility yellow to meet OSHA color standards, this barrier spans 8 feet wide and stands 10 feet tall. A replaceable wooden beam across the top serves as a warning indicator for forklift operators. The beam is not intended as a physical stop and will not interfere with door mechanisms. It is easily replaced using standard 4 inch x 4 inch lumber, keeping maintenance simple and low-cost.

This barrier is suited for industrial and commercial facilities where overhead doors are present in active forklift traffic zones, loading docks, warehouses, and distribution centers. It anchors directly to concrete floors using lag bolts, which are sold separately. Installation requires eight lag bolts.
