The VESTIL MANUFACTURING LOW-6G is a low headroom manual chain hoist and geared trolley combo designed for lifting and positioning loads up to 6,000 pounds in overhead material handling applications. The manual hand chain hoist provides 10 feet of hook travel for raising and lowering loads. The geared trolley uses a chain gear drive for precise lateral positioning along the I-beam rather than free-floating travel. Both the hoist and trolley are built from heavy-duty industrial steel with a durable enamel finish. This combo unit is suited for facilities with limited overhead clearance where standard hoists cannot operate effectively.
This unit is intended for industrial and commercial environments where overhead clearance is restricted. Typical applications include workshops, manufacturing floors, warehouses, and maintenance bays where an I-beam runway is already in place. The compact low-headroom design allows operation in spaces that would otherwise require a standard-clearance hoist. The 10-foot hanging chain length supports a wide range of lift heights within a confined vertical space. Licensed riggers and qualified millwrights typically install and commission this type of equipment in fixed overhead material handling systems.
Designed for use on standard I-beam runways in overhead material handling systems. This unit is not free-floating and requires a compatible I-beam flange width for proper trolley engagement. Verify beam flange dimensions against trolley specifications before installation.
Installation should be performed by a qualified rigger or millwright familiar with overhead lifting equipment and applicable ASME B30 standards. Ensure the I-beam and supporting structure are rated to exceed the combined weight of the hoist, trolley, and maximum intended load before mounting. De-energize any adjacent electrical systems and secure the work area prior to overhead installation. Do not exceed the rated 6,000-pound capacity under any operating condition.
