The VESTIL MANUFACTURING EH-610-30 is a heavy-duty electric hydraulic dock leveler built for high-traffic loading dock applications. Rated at 30,000 lb capacity, it bridges the gap between a loading dock and trailer beds to allow smooth, safe passage of forklifts and pallet jacks. Operation is single-button: the operator presses and holds the raise button, which activates the hydraulic pump and lifts the deck. Once the deck reaches the raised position, the lip extends automatically. The operator releases the button and the deck descends onto the trailer. At 2,460 pounds, this unit is a permanent pit-mount installation requiring a licensed contractor for electrical hookup and structural pit preparation.
The EH-610-30 is suited for commercial and industrial loading dock environments with high daily cycle counts. When the truck pulls away from the dock, the deck descends to the full-down position, trips the limit switch, and returns automatically to the cross-traffic level position. This automatic return feature reduces trip hazards and keeps dock traffic flowing without manual intervention. Telescopic steel toe guards on both sides sit flush with the platform edge, and two laminated dock bumpers are included to protect both the building structure and trailer during positioning.
Designed for permanent pit-mount installation in commercial and industrial loading dock applications requiring a heavy-duty hydraulic leveler with a 30,000 lb capacity rating.
Installation requires a properly sized concrete pit constructed to the manufacturer's pit dimensions prior to setting the unit. Electrical connection must be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with NEC requirements for the specified motor voltage and amperage. Shut off and lock out all electrical power before performing any service or maintenance on the hydraulic system or control box. Do not operate the leveler without dock bumpers properly in place to prevent structural overtravel.
