The VERMONT GAGE 112412070 is a Class ZZ Minus plug pin gage machined from steel for precision bore and hole inspection. The gage measures 12.07 mm in diameter and is manufactured to a tolerance of 0.00508 mm, meeting Class ZZ minus standards for NoGo inspection applications. It includes a Certificate of Accuracy with NIST traceability, making it suitable for documented quality-control programs. The 10 microfinish surface coating supports consistent, low-friction insertion during gauging. At an overall length of 2 inches, the pin provides adequate handling clearance for benchtop and in-line inspection work.
