The VARGUS 80925 is a solid carbide helical flute thread mill designed for cutting internal M6x1 threads to ISO standards. It features a 0.189 inch cutting diameter, a 0.531 inch length of cut, and a 2.992 inch overall length. The tool is manufactured from micrograin solid carbide and carries a TiCN coating for extended tool life in demanding machining environments. With 5 flutes and a left-hand flute direction, it is engineered for efficient chip evacuation and smooth thread formation. This tool is intended for use in CNC machining centers where precise internal thread milling is required.

This thread mill is suited for producing M6x1 internal threads in a range of materials on CNC machining centers. The helical flute design and TiCN coating make it appropriate for ferrous and non-ferrous workpiece materials where surface finish and thread accuracy are critical.
