The VARGUS 80534 is a helical flute thread mill designed for cutting internal 10-32 UN threads in a single helical interpolation pass. Built from micrograin solid carbide and coated with TiCN, it delivers consistent thread form and extended tool life in hardened and abrasive workpiece materials. The cutter runs a right-hand flute direction with 32 teeth per inch, a cutting diameter of 0.1210 inches, and a length of cut of 0.3130 inches. With an overall length of 2.0080 inches and a 1/8-inch shank diameter, it fits standard collet chucks used on CNC machining centers. Three flutes provide efficient chip evacuation in blind and through-hole applications.

This thread mill is suited for production and job-shop environments where 10-32 internal threads are required in materials that benefit from carbide tooling and TiCN coating, such as stainless steel, alloy steel, aluminum, and cast iron. It is particularly useful in applications where a tap would be at risk of breakage in tight-tolerance or interrupted cuts.
