The VARGUS 80312 is a solid carbide helical flute thread mill designed for cutting internal 1/2-13 UN threads. It features 4 right-hand helical flutes with a TiCN coating and a micrograin carbide substrate for extended tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The cutting diameter is 0.4070 inches with a length of cut of 1.0390 inches and an overall length of 3.1500 inches. Coolant-through capability supports chip evacuation and thermal management during deep or interrupted thread milling operations.
