The VARGUS 80264 is a helical flute thread mill designed for cutting internal 6-32 UN threads in a single helical interpolation pass. Built from micrograin solid carbide and finished with a TiCN coating, this tool delivers wear resistance and thermal stability in demanding production environments. It features 3 right-hand flutes with a 0.1000-inch cutting diameter and a 0.4330-inch length of cut, making it suitable for shallow-to-moderate thread depths in confined bores. Overall length is 2.2440 inches, and the 1/4-inch shank diameter fits standard toolholders.
