The VARGUS 80047 is a straight flute internal thread mill designed for cutting 1/2-13 UN threads in a single helical pass. Built from micrograin solid carbide and coated with TiAlN, it handles the heat and abrasion loads common in production milling environments. The tool carries 3 flutes, a cutting diameter of 0.310 inches, and a length of cut of 0.769 inches. With an overall length of 2.48 inches and a 5/16-inch shank diameter, it mounts in standard milling tool holders used by machinists and CNC operators in job shops and manufacturing cells.
