The VALUE COLLECTION ZMSCV70276 is a Dash 276 Viton fluoroelastomer O-ring designed for static and dynamic sealing applications where petroleum resistance and high-temperature performance are required. The ring measures 11 inches inside diameter, 11.25 inches outside diameter, and 0.125 inches in cross-section thickness. With a round cross-section profile and a 70 Shore A hardness rating, it delivers low compression set and maintains a reliable seal across a wide service temperature range of -15 degrees F to 400 degrees F. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and maintenance technicians install this O-ring in pump housings, valve bodies, and fluid system flanges where standard rubber compounds would degrade.
This O-ring is suited for use in industrial fluid systems, hydraulic assemblies, chemical processing equipment, and HVAC-adjacent mechanical systems that handle petroleum-based fluids or operate at elevated temperatures. The fluoroelastomer compound provides compatibility with a broad spectrum of chemicals and offers low gas permeability, making it appropriate for vacuum service as well. Typical applications include large-diameter pump covers, heat exchanger end caps, and pipe flange face seals in commercial and industrial settings. Each package contains 2 O-rings.
Compatible with petroleum products and a wide spectrum of chemical media as noted by the manufacturer. Designed as an OEM-style replacement or service O-ring for large-diameter sealing applications requiring a Dash 276 fluoroelastomer ring. Not FDA approved for food-contact service.
Installation is performed by licensed plumbers, pipefitters, or qualified maintenance technicians. Depressurize and drain the system completely before removing any existing O-ring or opening the assembly. Inspect the groove and mating surfaces for scoring or corrosion before seating the new O-ring. Avoid using sharp tools that could nick or cut the O-ring during installation, and do not apply incompatible lubricants that may cause the fluoroelastomer compound to swell.
