The VALUE COLLECTION ZMSCV70125 is a Dash 125 Viton fluoroelastomer O-ring designed for static and dynamic sealing applications in HVAC, plumbing, and industrial fluid systems. The ring measures 1.313 inches inside diameter by 1.500 inches outside diameter with a 0.094-inch cross-section thickness and a round cross-section profile. Molded to a 70 Shore A hardness, this O-ring delivers low compression set and high-temperature resistance up to 400 degrees F, making it well-suited for hot fluid and refrigerant service environments. Each pack contains 25 rings.
This O-ring is used in residential and commercial applications where sealing against petroleum products, hydraulic fluids, and fuels is required. Typical install scenarios include valve seats, pump housings, compressor fittings, and fluid-line connections across HVAC, plumbing, pool equipment, and general mechanical systems. The wide chemical compatibility and low gas permeability of Viton fluoroelastomer make this ring a practical choice for vacuum service and high-temperature fluid circuits. It is not FDA approved and is not intended for food-contact applications.
Designed as a standard Dash 125 O-ring replacement for use in any system requiring a 1.313-inch ID fluoroelastomer seal rated for petroleum and high-temperature service. Compatible materials include petroleum products and a wide spectrum of chemicals typical in HVAC, plumbing, and industrial fluid systems.
Installation is performed by licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, or qualified mechanics depending on the application. Shut off fluid supply and depressurize the system fully before replacing any O-ring. Lubricate the ring lightly with a compatible fluid or O-ring lubricant before seating to prevent tearing during assembly. Do not overstretch the ring during installation or reuse a ring that shows cracking, flattening, or chemical degradation.
