The VALUE COLLECTION ZMSCQH70013 is a Dash 013 O-ring with an X-profile cross section, manufactured from Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR). It measures 0.4380 inches inside diameter, 0.5630 inches outside diameter, and 0.0625 inches thick. The X-shaped cross section provides four-point sealing contact, which improves sealing performance and reduces rolling or twisting in dynamic groove applications compared to standard round cross-section O-rings. NBR compound offers solid resistance to petroleum-based fluids, hydraulic oils, and fuels, making this O-ring well suited for fluid system sealing in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical service applications. Licensed trades and maintenance technicians are the primary installers.
This O-ring is used wherever a Dash 013 size seal is required in fluid or pneumatic systems. Typical applications include valve seats, fittings, pump housings, and hydraulic connectors in residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, plumbing assemblies, and general mechanical systems. The NBR material performs across a broad temperature range and holds up well against common service fluids encountered in trade work. Packages contain 100 pieces, making this item suitable for shop stock or fleet service operations that require frequent O-ring replacement.
Designed as a standard Dash 013 replacement O-ring for fluid and pneumatic sealing applications in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems where an NBR X-cross-section seal of this size is specified.
O-ring installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with the system being serviced. Shut off and depressurize the fluid or pneumatic system completely before removing any fittings or valve components. Inspect the seating groove for damage or debris before installing the new O-ring, and apply a light coat of compatible lubricant to ease installation and reduce the risk of tearing. Do not overstretch or twist the O-ring during placement.
