The VALUE COLLECTION ZMSCH90911 is a Dash 911 O-ring manufactured from Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (Buna-N), the most widely used elastomer in fluid sealing applications. It measures 0.863 inches inside diameter, 1.095 inches outside diameter, and 0.116 inches in cross-section thickness. Rated at 90 durometer (extra hard), this O-ring delivers excellent compression set resistance along with strong tear and abrasion resistance. The operating temperature range spans -40 to 250 degrees F, making it suitable for a broad range of service conditions. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and hydraulic system technicians install this type of seal in fittings, valves, pumps, and fluid-handling components.
This O-ring is suited for residential and commercial applications wherever Buna-N material is compatible with the working fluid. It is specifically rated for use with petroleum products, making it a common choice for fuel systems, hydraulic circuits, oil lines, and general-purpose pneumatic and fluid connections. The round cross-section profile conforms to standard Dash 911 dimensional specifications per SAE and MIL-Spec standards. Each package contains 100 O-rings, supporting service stock and recurring maintenance needs. Do not store near direct sunlight, electric motors, or other equipment that may generate ozone, as ozone degrades Buna-N compound over time.
Compatible with petroleum products including hydraulic fluids, fuel, and oil-based media. Conforms to SAE and MIL-Spec standards for Dash 911 O-rings. Not FDA approved; not intended for food-contact or potable-water service.
Installation is typically performed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, or hydraulic system technicians depending on the application. Always depressurize and de-energize the system and drain any trapped fluid before removing or replacing O-rings. Lubricate the O-ring with a compatible fluid or lubricant prior to seating to prevent tearing during assembly. Avoid exposing unused O-rings to direct sunlight, ozone sources, or solvents during storage.
