The VALUE COLLECTION ZMSCH90125 is a Dash 125 O-ring manufactured from Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (Buna-N), the most widely used elastomer in fluid sealing applications. It measures 1.313 inches inside diameter, 1.500 inches outside diameter, and 0.094 inches thick, with a round cross section. Rated at 90 durometer (extra hard), this O-ring delivers excellent compression set resistance along with strong tear and abrasion resistance. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and hydraulic system technicians install this type of seal in environments where exposure to petroleum-based fluids is expected. Operating temperature range is -40 degrees F to 250 degrees F.
This O-ring is suited for use in residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC refrigerant circuits, hydraulic lines, pneumatic fittings, and general fluid-handling assemblies where a petroleum-compatible elastomer seal is required. The Buna-N compound provides reliable performance in applications involving oils, fuels, and hydraulic fluids. It is sold in a package quantity of 50, making it practical for service fleets and shop stock. It conforms to SAE and MIL-Spec standards, covering a broad range of trade and industrial service requirements.
Compatible with petroleum products including oils, fuels, and hydraulic fluids. Designed as a standard Dash 125 replacement O-ring for use in plumbing, HVAC, hydraulic, and pneumatic assemblies where Buna-N elastomer seals are specified. Note: this O-ring should not be stored in direct sunlight or near motors or electrical equipment that may generate ozone.
Installation is typically performed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, or hydraulic system technicians. Always depressurize and isolate the system before removing the existing seal. Inspect the groove and mating surfaces for scoring or debris before installing the replacement O-ring. Avoid twisting the ring during installation, and apply a compatible lubricant to seat it properly without damage.
