The VALUE COLLECTION ZMSCH70241 is a Dash 241 O-ring made from Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), also known as Buna-N, with a round cross section. It measures 3.875 inches inside diameter, 4.125 inches outside diameter, and 0.125 inches thick. NBR is the most widely used O-ring elastomer in trade applications, offering excellent resistance to petroleum-based fluids, strong compression set retention, and good tear and abrasion resistance. This O-ring is rated at 70 Shore A hardness and handles temperatures from -40 degrees F to 250 degrees F. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and hydraulic system technicians commonly specify this seal for fluid containment in a wide range of service environments.

This O-ring is suited for static and dynamic sealing applications involving petroleum products, oils, fuels, hydraulic fluids, and similar media. It is appropriate for use in residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC refrigerant-side components, hydraulic fittings, and general industrial fluid systems where an NBR Dash 241 seal is called out.
