The VALUE COLLECTION ZMSCH70211 is a Dash 211 O-ring manufactured from Buna-N nitrile butadiene rubber with a round cross section. It measures 0.796 inches inside diameter, 1.063 inches outside diameter, and 0.125 inches thick. Hardness is rated at 70 Shore A, placing it in the hard category. This O-ring seals against petroleum-based fluids and is used across a wide range of hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid-handling systems. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and mechanical contractors install this type of seal during routine maintenance and equipment repair. It carries SAE and MIL-Spec standards compliance.
This O-ring is suited for residential and commercial applications where petroleum product resistance is required. Typical install scenarios include valve stems, pump shafts, fittings, and fluid connectors in HVAC, plumbing, and general mechanical assemblies. The Buna-N compound performs across a temperature range of -40 degrees F to 250 degrees F, making it appropriate for most indoor and moderate outdoor service environments. The package contains 100 O-rings, supporting field stock and bulk replacement needs.
Designed as a standard Dash 211 replacement O-ring compatible with petroleum-product environments; suitable for use in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical fluid-system applications requiring a 0.796 inches ID by 1.063 inches OD seal.
Installation of O-rings in pressurized fluid systems should be performed by a qualified technician following applicable equipment manufacturer service procedures. Always depressurize and de-energize the system before disassembling any valve, pump, or fitting. Inspect the groove and mating surfaces for burrs or scoring before seating the new O-ring. Buna-N O-rings should not be stored in direct sunlight or near motors or electrical equipment that may generate ozone, as this degrades the elastomer.
