The VALUE COLLECTION ZMSCH70040 is a Dash 040 Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) O-ring with a 2.875-inch inside diameter, 3.000-inch outside diameter, and a 1/16-inch (0.0625-inch) round cross section. Molded from Buna-N elastomer at a Shore A hardness of 70, this O-ring delivers excellent resistance to petroleum-based fluids along with reliable compression set and tear and abrasion resistance. It is rated for continuous service from -40 degrees F to 250 degrees F. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and mechanical contractors use NBR O-rings as primary sealing elements in fluid and gas circuits where hydrocarbon exposure is expected.

This O-ring is suited for static and dynamic sealing applications in residential and light commercial HVAC systems, plumbing assemblies, hydraulic circuits, and pneumatic fittings where petroleum-product compatibility is required.
