The VALUE COLLECTION ZMSCFS210 is a Dash 210 fluorosilicone O-ring designed for static and dynamic sealing applications that demand reliable performance across extreme temperature ranges. With a 0.734-inch inside diameter, 1.000-inch outside diameter, and 0.125-inch (1/8 inch) cross-section thickness, this round-profile O-ring is rated for continuous service from -80 degrees F to 400 degrees F. The fluorosilicone compound provides strong resistance to petroleum oils, fuels, and diester-based lubricants, making it a practical choice for fuel system sealing where both low- and high-temperature exposure are concerns. Sold in a pack of 5.
This O-ring is used in aerospace fuel systems, industrial fluid handling, and HVAC or mechanical systems where petroleum-based fluids and wide temperature swings are present. It is particularly suited for environments requiring resistance to diester-base lubricants up to 350 degrees F. Technicians and maintenance professionals working on fuel delivery systems, hydraulic circuits, or pneumatic assemblies will find this a direct-fitment Dash 210 replacement seal. Its blue color aids visual identification during service. Note that fluorosilicone has limited abrasion resistance and tensile strength compared to other elastomers, so application suitability should be confirmed before installation.
Designed as a Dash 210 standard O-ring replacement compatible with petroleum products and diester-base lubricants; suitable for aerospace fuel systems and industrial sealing applications requiring MIL-R-25988 TY 1 CL 1 compliant fluorosilicone seals.
O-ring installation should be performed by a qualified technician following applicable system service procedures. Always depressurize and drain the relevant fluid circuit before replacing seals. Inspect the groove and mating surfaces for damage or contamination prior to installation, and apply a compatible lubricant sparingly to ease seating without compromising the seal. Do not use petroleum-based lubricants if they are incompatible with the adjoining system materials.
