The VALUE COLLECTION ZMSCE70NSF320 is a Dash 320 O-ring manufactured from Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) with a round cross section. It measures 1.1 inches inside diameter, 1.5 inches outside diameter, and 0.1875 inches (3/16 inches) thick. The material carries a hardness rating of 70 Shore A, placing it in the hard range. EPR compound delivers excellent resistance to hot water, steam, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, Skydrol fluids used in commercial aircraft hydraulic systems, and select acids, alkalis, and ozone. This O-ring is NSF 61 listed, making it suitable for potable water system applications. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and maintenance mechanics are the primary installers.
This O-ring is suited for sealing applications involving hot water systems, steam lines, phosphate ester hydraulic circuits, and commercial aircraft hydraulic systems where Skydrol fluid compatibility is required. The EPR compound performs across a wide service temperature range of -65 degrees F to 300 degrees F, supporting both low-temperature and elevated-temperature installations. Residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC hydronic systems, and industrial fluid handling are all typical deployment environments. Sold in packages of 10 with a minimum order quantity of 1 package.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or service O-ring for applications involving hot water, steam, phosphate ester type hydraulic fluids, and Skydrol-based commercial aircraft hydraulic systems. Also recommended for systems exposed to select acids, alkalis, and ozone where EPR compound is specified.
Installation is performed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, or qualified maintenance mechanics depending on the application. Always depressurize and isolate the system before removing the old O-ring and seating the replacement. Inspect the groove and mating surfaces for nicks or debris before installation. Refer to applicable codes such as IPC or IFGC for potable water and gas system service requirements.
