The VALUE COLLECTION ZMSCE70132 is a Dash 132 EPDM O-ring with a round cross section, designed for static and dynamic sealing applications in plumbing, HVAC, and industrial fluid systems. With an inside diameter of 1.75 inches, an outside diameter of 1.938 inches, and a thickness of 0.0937 inches, this O-ring seals reliably against hot water, steam, and phosphate ester hydraulic fluids. The EPDM compound provides a Shore A hardness rating of 70 and a service temperature range of -65 degrees F to 300 degrees F, making it a dependable choice for high-temperature sealing environments. Installation is handled by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and hydraulic system technicians.
This O-ring is well suited for residential and commercial plumbing systems handling hot water and steam, as well as industrial hydraulic systems that use phosphate ester fluids. It is also noted for excellent resistance to Skydrol fluids used in commercial aircraft hydraulic systems. Typical applications include valve seats, pump housings, pipe unions, and fluid line connections where EPDM chemical compatibility is required. Each package contains 50 O-rings, sold with a minimum order quantity of 1.
Compatible with hot water, steam, and phosphate ester type hydraulic fluid systems. The EPDM material compound is also noted as compatible with Skydrol fluids used in commercial aircraft hydraulic systems. Suitable for any application requiring a Dash 132 O-ring with a 1.75-inch inside diameter.
O-rings of this type are installed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, or hydraulic system mechanics. Always depressurize and drain the system before removing or replacing any sealing component. Inspect the groove for nicks, burrs, or debris before seating the O-ring to avoid damage to the sealing surface. Do not overstretch the O-ring during installation; use an appropriate O-ring lubricant compatible with EPDM compounds.
