The VALUE COLLECTION ZMSCE70110 is a Dash 110 EPDM O-ring with a round cross section, sized at 0.375 inches inside diameter, 0.563 inches outside diameter, and 0.094 inches thick. Rated at 70 Shore A hardness, this O-ring is engineered for sealing applications that demand reliable performance across a wide temperature range of -65 degrees F to 300 degrees F. EPDM compound provides strong resistance to hot water, steam, and phosphate ester hydraulic fluids. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and hydraulic system technicians are the primary installers of this style of O-ring in both commercial and industrial settings.
This O-ring is suited for sealing connections in hot water systems, steam lines, and phosphate ester hydraulic fluid circuits. It also demonstrates excellent resistance to Skydrol fluids used in commercial aircraft hydraulic systems, making it relevant in aerospace maintenance applications as well. Each package contains 100 O-rings, supporting both repair stock and ongoing maintenance inventory. The round cross section and standard Dash 110 dimensions make this a widely applicable seal in residential and commercial plumbing and mechanical systems.
Compatible with hot water, steam, and phosphate ester hydraulic fluid systems. Also recommended for Skydrol fluid applications in commercial aircraft hydraulic circuits. Designed as a standard Dash 110 replacement O-ring for any application requiring a 0.375-inch ID round-cross-section EPDM seal.
O-rings of this type are installed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and hydraulic system technicians. Always depressurize and isolate the system before replacing any O-ring seal. Inspect the seating groove for debris, wear, or damage before installing the new O-ring. Do not over-stretch the O-ring during installation, as this can compromise the sealing surface and lead to premature failure.
