The VALUE COLLECTION ZMSCA80113 is a Dash 113 Aflas O-ring designed for static and dynamic sealing applications in demanding fluid and chemical environments. With an inside diameter of 0.563 inches, an outside diameter of 0.75 inches, and a cross-section thickness of 0.094 inches, this O-ring provides a reliable seal in systems exposed to refrigerants, hydraulic oils, fuels, and aggressive chemical media. Aflas material delivers a Shore A hardness of 80 and a working temperature range of 25 degrees F to 450 degrees F, making it suitable for both low-temperature and high-heat service conditions. A licensed mechanic, plumber, or refrigeration technician typically installs this part in professional service environments.
This O-ring is suited for use in HVAC refrigeration systems, hydraulic circuits, fuel handling assemblies, and chemical processing equipment. Its Aflas compound offers moderate resistance to petroleum products along with good ozone and weather resistance, making it a practical choice for outdoor or UV-exposed installations. The round cross-section profile and standard Dash 113 sizing allow it to seat correctly in any groove dimensioned to AS568 Dash 113 specifications. It is sold in packages of 15 units, supporting both single-repair jobs and recurring service work.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or service O-ring for any system requiring a Dash 113 cross-section seal in Aflas material, including refrigeration, hydraulic, fuel, and chemical-handling assemblies where standard Buna-N or EPDM compounds are incompatible with the process fluid.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed HVAC technician, plumber, hydraulic systems technician, or industrial mechanic. Before replacing the O-ring, depressurize the system completely and recover any refrigerant in accordance with EPA Section 608 requirements where applicable. Lightly lubricate the O-ring with a compatible lubricant before seating to prevent nicks or spiral damage during assembly. Inspect the groove for burrs or corrosion before installation to ensure a proper seal.
