The VALUE COLLECTION ZBD9313 is a large-diameter nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) o-ring designed to provide a reliable fluid or gas seal in demanding industrial and mechanical applications. With a 13-inch inner diameter and a 2-inch cross-section thickness, this round-profile ring is built for heavy-duty sealing assemblies where standard small-bore rings are not adequate. NBR material delivers solid resistance to petroleum-based fluids, hydraulic oils, and fuels. The operating temperature range spans -40 degrees F to 275 degrees F, making it suitable for both cold-environment startups and elevated-temperature service conditions. Plumbers, pipefitters, and mechanical contractors working on large-bore flanges, pumps, and manifolds are the primary installers.
This o-ring fits large-format sealing applications common in commercial plumbing, industrial fluid systems, hydraulic assemblies, and pump housings. Its generous 13-inch ID accommodates wide-bore flanged connections and large valve bodies. The NBR compound performs well with water, air, petroleum oils, and many hydraulic fluids, making it a versatile choice for trade professionals maintaining or building out commercial mechanical systems. This part is sold individually per package, with a minimum order quantity of 50 units.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or maintenance seal for large-bore industrial flanges, pump housings, valve bodies, and manifold assemblies requiring a 13-inch ID round-profile o-ring in NBR material.
Installation is performed by licensed plumbers, pipefitters, or mechanical contractors. Before replacing any o-ring in a pressurized system, depressurize the line completely and verify zero pressure at the work point. Inspect the mating groove for scoring, corrosion, or debris before seating the new ring. Do not use petroleum-based lubricants if the system fluid is incompatible with those products; use an appropriate assembly lubricant rated for NBR and the system medium.
