The VALUE COLLECTION VT1401PS is an M20 x 2.50 x 60 mm cone point set screw manufactured from alloy steel to Grade 14.9 (45H). Set screws of this type are fully threaded fasteners with no head, driven entirely below the surface of the mating part to lock a component in place against a shaft or bore. The cone point geometry concentrates clamping load into a small contact area, making it well suited for permanent or semi-permanent assemblies where shaft marking is acceptable. A black oxide finish provides mild corrosion resistance and reduces surface reflectivity. This fastener is driven with a 10 mm hex key and conforms to DIN 914 and ISO 4027 standards.
