The VALUE COLLECTION TEV80335 is a PTFE-encapsulated Viton o-ring rated for demanding sealing applications in HVAC, plumbing, chemical processing, and industrial systems. It features a 2.75-inch inside diameter, 3.125-inch outside diameter, and 0.1875-inch cross-section thickness with a round cross-section profile. The construction consists of a seamless, uniform Teflon FEP encapsulation that completely encloses a Viton or silicone elastomer core. This design delivers the chemical and temperature resistance of solid PTFE while retaining the elasticity and compression recovery of the elastomer core. Rated hard at 80 durometer, this o-ring is installed by HVAC technicians, plumbers, and mechanical service professionals in static and low-motion sealing points.
