The VALUE COLLECTION TCN35110K is a solid carbide turning insert designed for use on CNC lathes and manual turning centers. Manufactured to ANSI insert code RNMA32 and ISO code RNMA090300, this insert features a round (R) shape with a 3/8 inch (0.3750 inch) inscribed circle and a 1/8 inch (0.1250 inch) insert thickness. The TiN (titanium nitride) coating improves surface hardness and wear resistance, extending tool life in production turning applications. It is held in place by clamp or pin, uses a negative side clearance geometry, and a flat-top chip breaker configuration. Installation is performed by machinists and CNC operators working in metal-cutting environments.

This insert is suited for turning operations on steel and stainless steel workpieces, corresponding to primary workpiece material codes P and M. The flat-top chip breaker design handles continuous cuts at moderate depths.
