The VALUE COLLECTION R63082441 is a split lock washer designed for 1-inch screw sizes, manufactured from 316 stainless steel. Split lock washers create tension under a fastener head or nut to resist loosening caused by vibration and torque relaxation. The 316 stainless steel construction provides strong resistance to corrosion and oxidation, making this washer well suited for wet, chemical-exposure, or marine environments. With an inside diameter ranging from 1.003 to 1.024 inches and an outside diameter ranging from 0.109 to 1.656 inches, this washer fits standard 1-inch fastener assemblies. Thickness measures 0.25 inches. Licensed tradespeople in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical service install these washers as part of bolted joint assemblies requiring vibration resistance.
This split lock washer is appropriate for use in residential and commercial mechanical systems wherever 1-inch fasteners are used and joint integrity must be maintained under dynamic loads or vibration. Typical applications include pipe flange assemblies, equipment mounting, panel and bracket fastening, and structural connections in corrosive or high-moisture environments. The 316 material grade makes it a preferred choice over 304 stainless in chloride-rich or chemical-process settings. Sold individually per package with a minimum order quantity of 5 pieces.
Designed as a standard replacement or new-installation split lock washer for 1-inch screw size fastener assemblies in inch-measurement systems.
Split lock washers are installed by plumbers, pipefitters, HVAC technicians, and electricians as part of bolted joint assembly. Place the washer between the fastener head or nut and the mating surface before tightening. Do not reuse a split lock washer that has been fully flattened, as it will no longer provide effective locking tension. Torque fasteners according to the equipment manufacturer specifications and applicable codes such as ASME or IFGC where relevant.
