The VALUE COLLECTION PS-MH-HPC1-135 is a portable hydraulic cylinder designed for high-force lifting, pushing, and pressing applications in industrial and field service environments. With an oil capacity of 39.1 cubic inches and a rod diameter of 3.66 inches, this cylinder delivers substantial mechanical force in a self-contained portable form. The lowered height of 9.77 inches and maximum extended height of 12.77 inches make it suited for tight-clearance lifting tasks. Hydraulic technicians, millwrights, and heavy equipment service professionals are the primary installers and operators of this unit.
This cylinder is used in industrial maintenance, construction, and heavy equipment repair where portable hydraulic force is required. Typical applications include machinery alignment, structural lifting, bearing and bushing removal or installation, and press-fit assembly work. The collar thread specification of 6-1/4 - 12 and the plunger internal thread size of 2-3/4-16 with a thread length of 0.75 inches allow for attachment of standard hydraulic tooling accessories. The Y center hole diameter of 2.13 inches accommodates through-hole configurations common in pull and press setups.
Designed as a portable hydraulic cylinder for use with compatible hydraulic hand pumps and power units that match the collar thread specification of 6-1/4 - 12.
Installation and operation should be performed by qualified hydraulic technicians or millwrights familiar with portable hydraulic equipment. Relieve all hydraulic pressure and confirm the system is de-energized before making or breaking any hydraulic connections. Ensure the cylinder is positioned on a stable, level surface rated for the intended load before applying pressure. Follow applicable ASME and OSHA guidelines for hydraulic lifting and pressing operations.
