The VALUE COLLECTION PLMSC13134 is a Type 29 flap disc designed for grinding and blending on metal surfaces. It features a zirconia alumina abrasive bonded to a poly-cotton backing, arranged in a high-density flap configuration that delivers consistent cut rate and extended disc life. At 60 grit, it falls in the medium grade range, making it well suited for stock removal, weld blending, and surface conditioning in one pass. The 5/8-11 threaded arbor hole mounts directly to standard angle grinders. Licensed tradespeople and fabrication shop workers are the primary users of this disc.
This flap disc is intended for use on steels and stainless steel in both fabrication and maintenance applications. The Type 29 conical geometry presents the abrasive at an angle to the workpiece, which improves grinding action on flat and contoured surfaces compared to a flat Type 27 profile. It is commonly used in metal fabrication, structural steel work, pipe preparation, and weld cleanup tasks where an aggressive but controllable cut is needed. Each package contains one disc, and the minimum order quantity is 10 units.

Mounting and use of flap discs should follow ANSI B7.1 safety standards and the angle grinder manufacturer's instructions. Always wear appropriate eye protection, a face shield, and gloves during operation.
