The VALUE COLLECTION NFC4102 is a hammer drive concrete anchor designed for fast, secure fastening into concrete, block, and masonry. The anchor body is made from Zamac alloy with a zinc-plated finish, providing corrosion resistance in typical interior and sheltered exterior applications. It features a mushroom head profile and installs by drilling a 1/4 inch hole, inserting the anchor, and driving it flush with a hammer. At 1 inch in overall length with a 5-3/4 inch minimum embedment depth, this anchor is suited for light-duty anchoring tasks where speed of installation is a priority.
This anchor is used in residential and light commercial construction and maintenance applications. Typical uses include securing conduit straps, junction boxes, furring strips, and similar light fixtures to poured concrete floors, walls, or masonry block. It is commonly installed by electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and general contractors who need a quick-set fastener without adhesive or expansion clip hardware. The anchor requires no special setting tool beyond a standard hammer and drill.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or stock anchor for light-duty fastening applications in poured concrete, concrete block, and masonry substrates requiring a 1/4 inch diameter hammer drive anchor.
Installation is performed by drilling a 1/4 inch diameter hole to the required depth, clearing dust and debris from the hole, inserting the anchor, and driving it to the specified embedment with a hammer. Ensure base material is structurally sound and free of cracks before installation. Follow applicable building codes and anchor manufacturer load tables for the specific application — do not exceed rated load values. This anchor is not recommended for use in overhead tension applications or where vibration loads are present without engineering review.
