The VALUE COLLECTION NFC36065 is a hammer drive concrete anchor designed for fast, tool-efficient fastening into concrete, masonry, and block substrates. The anchor features a 1/4 inch diameter, a 2-1/4 inch overall length, and requires a minimum embedment depth of 1 inch to achieve rated holding strength. The acorn nut head style provides a finished, domed appearance at the surface. Constructed from steel with a zinc-plated finish, this anchor resists corrosion in typical interior and light exterior applications. Installation requires only a hammer and the appropriately sized drill bit - no setting tool or nut driving is needed beyond the drive stroke.
This hammer drive anchor is suited for light-duty fastening tasks in concrete and masonry. Common applications include securing electrical conduit straps, pipe hangers, equipment bases, junction box mounting brackets, and similar trade fixtures to concrete floors, walls, and ceilings. The compact 1/4 inch diameter and 2-1/4 inch length make it well-matched for situations where shallow embedment is acceptable and speed of installation is a priority. This product is sold in a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces.
Designed as a standard hammer drive anchor for use in concrete, masonry, and concrete block substrates where a 1/4 inch diameter fastener with a minimum 1 inch embedment meets the load requirements of the application.
Installation is performed by drilling a 1/4 inch diameter hole to the required depth using a carbide-tipped masonry bit, inserting the anchor, and driving it flush with a hammer. Ensure the base material is free of surface cracks and that the embedment depth meets or exceeds the 1 inch minimum before applying load. Licensed electricians, plumbers, and mechanical contractors routinely use hammer drive anchors for fixture and conduit attachment in concrete structures. Follow applicable building codes and the fastener manufacturer load tables when selecting anchor spacing and embedment for structural or safety-critical connections.
