The VALUE COLLECTION NFC2019 is a plastic concrete anchor designed to fasten materials securely into concrete, masonry, and similar hard substrates. Measuring 7/16 inch in diameter and 3 inches in overall length, this anchor accepts screws ranging from No. 20 up to 3/8 inch diameter. The plastic body expands upon screw insertion, gripping the surrounding material to hold the fastener in place. It is a standard installation component used by electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and general contractors when securing equipment, conduit, brackets, or fixtures to concrete surfaces.
This anchor is suited for light- to medium-duty anchoring applications in residential and commercial settings. Typical uses include securing junction boxes, pipe hangers, strut channel, and similar hardware to poured concrete, concrete block, or brick. The 7/16 inch diameter and 3 inch length make it a common choice for wall and ceiling installations where a small-profile anchor is needed. It is compatible with No. 20 through 3/8 inch screws.
Designed for use with No. 20 to 3/8 inch screws. Suitable as a general-purpose plastic expansion anchor for concrete and masonry substrates.
Installation requires a hammer drill and a 7/16 inch carbide-tipped masonry bit to bore a clean hole to the required depth before inserting the anchor. Clear all drill dust from the hole before seating the anchor to ensure proper expansion and holding strength. Follow applicable building codes and fastener manufacturer load ratings when determining anchor placement and spacing. Power down or de-energize any nearby electrical systems before drilling into walls or ceilings.
