The MP39612 is suited for residential and light commercial applications requiring a fine-thread hex nut. Fine-thread UNF fasteners are commonly used where higher thread engagement strength or better torque-to-preload performance is needed compared to coarse-thread equivalents. Ensure mating threads are clean and free of debris before assembly. Do not mix with coarse-thread (UNC) fasteners of similar diameter, as the thread pitches are not interchangeable.
